Minimum 6-7 years of recent, relevant experience in an Investor Relations function or previously at a placement agent.

Experience leading projects and project management within IR from a buy-side firm would be highly additive.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field, from a highly regarded college or university.
