The selected candidate will have proven experience in a senior leadership position within the banking sector with a mandate of implementing the Bank's new 5-year strategic plan targeting material growth in revenues through their core model of traditional relationship banking
The Bank is seeking a candidate who has an entrepreneurial mindset with the requisite strategic leadership skills to drive significant business growth. There is full empowerment from Group Management for the Bank to deliver shareholder value with a wider compass. This is also evidenced by significant investment in a new core banking system which is scheduled for implementation in 2024
