Head of Direct Lending, US Merchant Bank, Riyadh

15+ years of experience in direct lending, private credit, or structured finance, preferably with a focus on emerging markets. Strong origination capabilities with an established network in the MENA financial ecosystem.

Deep understanding of credit underwriting, loan structuring, and risk management.

Proven track record of executing and managing senior secured, mezzanine, and asset-backed loans.

Strong analytical skills, with the ability to assess financial statements, conduct due diligence, and evaluate risk-adjusted returns.

Excellent leadership and team management capabilities.

Knowledge of relevant local regulatory requirements and compliance standards.

Advanced degree in finance, economics, or a related field preferred.
