They are looking to add a senior Iraqi Banker to support their fast-growing business and newly opened representative office. The key objective of the role is growing the business and increasing market share both in terms of number of customers and revenues from public sector clients as well as from multinational corporate. People Management: Strict oversight of the RM sales process with the objective of maintaining strong customer relationships in a results driven team culture while adhering to all applicable policies and procedures Build, lead, coach and motivate Senior Managers able to achieve the annual business objectives Ensure that appropriate resources and skill sets are made available to the business
