Key Move: Ahmed Badr Joins Credit Suisse Dubai

Ahmed Badr joins Credit Suisse Dubai from Renaissance Capital. Ahmed has been the CEO and Head of MENA Equities since 2014, where he led the bank's regional business, including its newly established Egypt unit and oversaw its growth strategy.

He will join as a Managing Director and will be responsible for Credit Suisse's equity operations across MENA, with the Saudi Arabia market being his biggest priority.

Delta Executive Search placed Ahmed Badr at Credit Suisse in 2008 where he spearheaded the bank's equity sales efforts in Dubai. He was a top-rated analyst, and was responsible for heading their MENA real estate and infrastructure equity research.

Ahmed has over 15 years' experience in financial markets in the MENA region, initially starting his career at HC Securities as a Senior Analyst covering real estate and construction in Egyptian capital markets.
