Agapi Papadamou joins AFRY as Greece Office Head

AFRY has hired Agapi Papadamou from PA Consulting in London to lead the new Greek office within their Energy Consulting Business Area – part of the Management Consulting Division, based out of Athens

Most recently, Agapi was a Managing Consultant at PA Consulting in London as an energy and utilities expert with a specific focus on future energy systems and decarbonisation strategies as well as assessing the economics of hydrogen - green and blue - and the plausible merit order of different hydrogen supply technologies and end-use market in the UK and Europe

Prior to joining PA Consulting, Agapi was a Senior Energy Consultant within DNV’s UK and USA teams, specialising in providing strategic and technical advice to the power sector. She led and worked on multiple assignments for the European Commission on the analysis of the future power infrastructure requirements and the pathways to 2050 decarbonisation

Agapi holds a Master of Science in Environmental Engineering from Imperial College and a Diploma in Chemical Engineering from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki
