Two former executives at London investment firm AnaCap Financial Partners have been recruited to run a new strategy at hedge fund company Toscafund Asset Management, Toscafund said in a statement
Fabrizio Cesario joined AnaCap in 2010, where he worked as head of mergers and acquisitions and was made a partner in 2012. According to a Financial Conduct Authority filing, he stopped being a partner in April this year. He will be joined at Toscafund by George Koulouris, who had worked at Anacap as a managing director since 2013

Between 2007 and 2013, he held the role of Deputy Chief Executive Officer at Marfin Investment Group, the largest business and investment group in Southeast Europe, based in London
Prior to this, George was a Vice President at Deutsche Bank, an Associate at Credit Suisse, and an Analyst at UBS, where he started his career
George holds an MBA from INSEAD, a First Class BSc (Hons) in Business Economics from Queen Mary, University of London, and has also undertaken Executive Education courses in Private Equity and Venture Capital at Harvard Business School
