Delta Executive Search Promotes Rob Winter
Delta Executive Search are delighted to announce the promotion of Rob Winter to Consultant, where he will continue to focus on the Middle Eastern sellside and buyside market
Rob joined Delta in June 2017 and has been servicing Investment Banking, Private Equity, Wealth Management, Sovereign Wealth Funds and Corporate clients across the Middle East and North Africa. Notable experience includes sourcing a team build for a leading bulge bracket wealth management platform, and Delta's first placement in Jeddah for a listed Saudi Corporate entity.
Alongside his responsibilities in a candidate placement function, Rob is jointly responsible for overseeing all headcount and mapping solutions carried out by the firm, lending our clients across product an invaluable insight into market moves and competition.
He joined the firm after a previous role with a market leading specialist recruitment agency.
