Corporate Finance Associate, Global Energy Investments, Global Swiss Multinational Energy Investor, Geneva

A leading Swiss multinational mid- and downstream global energy business, highly diversified in 41 countries across six continents and present in high potential markets, is looking to onboard an Associate with Debt or Leveraged Finance transaction experience of top tier pedigree to their Corporate Finance team based in Geneva

Candidates must have previous experience in a Leveraged Finance or DCM role, and be technically adept at creating Financial Models, having at least 4 years of deal experience

The successful candidate will take on a Corporate Finance role as part of a small team, taking on a leading position in client-facing scenarios and representing the firm in negotiations with its large pool of investors and funds across the globe

In addition, the chosen individual will report directly to the Head of Corporate Finance and Chief Financial Officer, as well as having direct in person access to the firm's COO & Head of Africa
