A Giga-Project Real Estate Developer is looking to add a Senior Investment Manager to join their Real Estate Finance & Investments team, based in Riyadh

The successful candidate will have to  support the Finance and Investments team through financial analysis, research, due diligence and asset monitoring functions. They will report directly into  the Investment Director

The role also involves managing ownership documentation including debt and venture agreements to ensure compliance and covenants and terms

In addition, the candidate must assist the investment team with transactions related activities such as exits/dispositions, major lease analysis and recapitalizations

The client is looking for a candidate with 6 - 10 years of relevant experience in commercial real estate analysis at the asset level, either in investment banking, direct lending, or private equity
