Joss joined Delta in October 2023 as a Junior Research Associate, responsible for supporting consultants on all mandates and conducting market research

He assists in sourcing candidates and creating mapping solutions across various product silos, with a particular focus on UK RnD & UK Resident Domiciled, Israel and MENA Wealth Management

He holds a BA in Politics from Newcastle University. Joss is a very keen golfer and squash player
