Director/Vice President/Senior Associate, International Commodity Financing & Credit Analysis CEEMEA, Bulge Bracket Bank

A top international bank with enviable credentials in the international commodity trading space is looking to add candidates focused on credit analysis & commodity financing to their International Commodity Finance team

Candidates from Leveraged Finance, Commodity Finance, or Special Situations teams within global investment banks and top commodity trading houses with strong financial modelling skills will be considered

Those applying should be able to evaluate the credit worthiness of companies and assets involved in the global commodity trade and lead transactions from initial approach (pre-term sheet, formulation of term sheet and key economic terms, credit approvals) to closing (execution of transaction documentation, closing conditions) with limited support from Group Head and Senior Management

Those chosen will be working in an integrated team alongside legal and physical trading teams and be expected to liaise with clients and client advisors

Candidates should also be strong self-starters with international experience in EMEA and ability to build structure and business around them within the framework of a large institution and be experienced with meeting PnL targets

MBA or BA graduates from top universities will be attractive
