Director, Real Estate Strategy & Planning, Middle Eastern Sovereign Wealth Fund

The role includes taking ownership for all real estate matters regarding all relevant portfolio companies

This includes oversight of strategy, vision, business plan for all private companies in the portfolio as well as advising on potential mergers, financing and other matters pertaining to capital structure

Periodic independent reviews and key performance indicators must be utilized to assess the performance for all listed and unlisted companies

The successful candidate should have 12+ years of experience within real estate M&A, equity research, financing and/or portfolio management, in addition to experience operating in developed market financial centres across North America or Europe
