5+ years within recruitment, preferably in the Investment Banking, Wealth Management or Commodities sectors, alternatively wider financial services or emerging markets executive search Clear track record of GBP 300k plus billings year on year Genuine interest in building meaningful relationships with clients, candidates and colleagues Preference towards candidates with an existing network of candidates within the emerging markets financial space as well as industry knowledge to back them up Sound understanding of research methodology, ideally with a consulting/market research, competitive intelligence or recruiting focus background Competitive and driven, while being organized, diligent and customer focused
