2:1 from a recognised university
Minimum one or two years work experience in a relevant financial role. Exposure to financial services, such as banking, investment management, or insurance, is highly desirable
Genuine interest in the MENA Region and executive search recruitment
Evidence of a team ethic and high consciousness
Strong communication skills over the phone as well as in person. Being talkative, proactive, hardworking, and having strong organizational skills are key
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office in particular PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, and Word is essential
Arabic speaker is preferable

Assist and support consultants working on mandates with clients, curating pitch documents with relevant candidate ideas and preparing marketing material across all phases of an executive search process
Source and approach candidates over the phone as well as via the business’ wider professional network
Conduct candidate market mapping across different locations including: including UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar along with relaxant global financial hubs such as Hong Kong, Singapore, London, Paris and New York
