Strong communication skills over the phone as well as person. Being talkative, proactive, hardworking and having strong organizational skills is key
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office in particular PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel & Word is essential
Assist and support consultants working on mandates with clients, curating pitch documents with relevant candidate ideas and preparing marketing material across all phases of an executive search process
Source and approach candidates over the phone as well as via the business’ wider professional network
Conduct candidate market mapping across different locations including: Russia/CIS, Israel, CEE, Turkey, Greece, Middle East, Africa, Far East & Latin America) as well as explore and research into new markets as requested by clients
Interact with interns who also support the business
