Requirements
3+ years within recruitment, preferably in the Investment Banking and Wealth Management sectors, alternatively wider financial services or emerging markets executive search
Clear track record of GBP 100k plus billings year on year
Genuine interest in building meaningful relationships with clients, candidates and colleagues
Preference towards candidates with an existing network of candidates within the emerging markets financial space as well as industry knowledge to back them up
Sound understanding of research methodology, ideally with a consulting/market research, competitive intelligence or recruiting focus background
Competitive and driven, while being organized, diligent and customer focused
Responsibilities
As a recruitment consultant you will be involved in new business development, account management and candidate sourcing, as well as benefit from building on a substantial platform of existing client relationships
Working towards developing competitive intelligence around the emerging markets financial services space, reviewing market trends and key players (financial institutions, corporates, funds and new entrants), with a view to provide a top down analysis of the industry for clients
Source candidate ideas both through primary and online research, meetings, calls and participation in industry relevant events
Collate compensation data from the immediate candidate network to provide clients with timely market intelligence
Publish market updates on a regular basis to keep clients informed on key market trends
