Middle Eastern Sovereign Wealth Fund looking to hire an Associate Director to their Value Creation Team

The role will be responsible for all aspects of value creation regarding the key portfolio companies managed by the department. This will include looking at M&A activity/corporate investments, working on special projects aimed at increasing efficiency and identifying gaps in the local economy/local corporate entities and utilising their global reach to solve them through JVs, attracting DFI etc

Working with just under 50 different corporate entities across various sectors to implement transformational technological changes, global best practice and all other aspects of corporate efficiency and value creation 

Our client is looking for candidates with 10+ years of management consultancy experience or operational private equity portfolio management in relevant roles. Sector credentials within TMT and/or Financial Institutions could be beneficial, but our client is not fixed on any particular sector focus
