The individual will participate in all aspects of investment selection process and will work directly with portfolio managers and senior investment analysts

In-depth financial modelling, assisting in underwriting / execution of real estate transactions and co-sourcing potential real estate investments

Monitor the performance of existing investments and contribute to internal reports and presentations aimed at existing and prospective investors

Understanding of current real estate market trends and ability to formulate/defend opinion on future market movements
